I wanna buy new mobile phone around cost is in indian ruppee 10000, touch and talktime8hrs,android?

LG optimus me is a good choice at price around 8000. It's android, has got all the features except the secondary camera for video calling. And I prefer nokia 5800 though it was released in 2009, it has got 3G, WiFi, secondary camera, loud speakers, GPS, Touch screen etc at around 12000 INR. Price for this mobile was around 20k but now you can get it around 12k. But only problem I see is, It is not the latest released phone. But a phone should have all the features it has got on it.
