Why cant jpcsp load on my computer?

The screen on the emulator is gray and wont load, how do i fix this problem? i downloaded the links from here a href="http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/." rel="nofollow"http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/./a Is there a requirement? And plus there is a jpcsp that i use, i try to play tekken6, but the game play is so slow that i couldn't even get to the game menu page. Please help anyone? Do i need a better GPU system, like a new graphic card? A faster computer? Will downloading the NVIDIA Geforce 6800 series GPU fasten gameplay? and for the first problem, do i have to find another website to download?
