Lose weight. please read!?
im 14 years old. im 5'7" and i weigh 165. that scares me. i wear a size 8 in jeans and a large in shirts. last year i weighed 158. i want to be skinny. its not a want its more like a need. i guess you can say im fit. in gym i can run a mile easily in less than 9 minutes. this summer me and my whole ENTIRE family are going to this beach and stuff and i want to be able to wear shorts not those long shorts the short ones. and like sundresses with out feeling insecure, ive learned about metabolism and that stuff so im guessing i need to fasten it but i dont know how. is there like a certain type of fruit or foods that can fasten it or something. i dont like vegetables): i wish i did though. i dont want like exercise ideas cuz i know i wont stick to them its more of a food type thing. i love snacks): its the sad truth. um laxatives i dont think my mom would approve. i wanna know like foods with very good fiber and how to fasten my metabilism. i have a goal. since i weigh 165 right now i want to weigh 130 by the first month of summer break [june] or by like may!. i know i know i know 35 pounds in 2-3 month for my age. its a little dramatic i would say but its just a goal. so like what types of food should i eat. how can i fasten my metabolism? 10 points for the comment that i think would help me out! :D
